Remember Juan Pablo Angel?
According to a variety of sources, most specifically Metrofanatic (an insider Red Bull website which has been rather spot on when it comes to transfer news), we might be seeing Aston Villa and Colombian international striker Juan Pablo Angel coming to New York.

This is the best RBNY rumor I've heard, well, since Zidane. And Figo.
Angel is streaky but a gifted scorer. If he could settle in here, he'd make a MASSIVE difference. Who know, we might actually score from time to time!
amen to that, this guy has proven to be relatively consistent everywhere he goes (1 goal in every 3 games). a couple years left in him. it's a shame he's being replaced slowly by Ashley Young and John Carew at Villa...but Villa's loss is certainly and hopefully RBNY's gain!
